  1. Eli you should cosplay as Kane from Command and Conquer :D
  2. You should give voice over work a shot, I can just imagine you doing "the big movie trailer voice" haha.
  3. 1:15:17 VrMaverick donates 2:04:16 answers
  4. Is Eli the Computer Guy a fan of Doctor Who because I know I am, or do you just know what Doctor Who is?
  5. Damn, I was missing long videos. Thank you, Eli, for bringing them back ;)
  6. You may want to be careful with that tip vs donation thing. Barnucles has been audited by the IRS for receiving money thru the tip jar in you tube, and not claiming it as income. You may want to inquire him about what happened. Don't want you to get bite in the butt, I greatly respect your channel.
  7. Hi Eli can you do a video on managed services? thanks.
  8. When will Geek Sexy News have a forum to talk about different tech things?
  9. It's all coding until someone gets a virus.
  10. Bin Laden was caught by intercepting a courier ... soooo
  11. Jesus over $400. Not hating but I am surprised people actually donate.
  12. When Eli was talking about the online bots, I got reminded of how annoying the online chat support person is when they use the pre written responses after every little thing you ask that read something like "thank you for your question {Name}, I will be happy to assist you with your problem today". Just fucking answer it, I don't need the fluff
  13. 8 posts...8....lol
  14. If I may offer some unsolicited advice, perhaps your writers could proofread more thoroughly before submission. I've discovered some grammatical
errors in a couple GSN articles—though not hyphenating when one should is chief among them—which detract from the force of the content. Unfortunately, writers today, even professional writers, need to be their own editors, a skill in which most of us are lacking.
Notwithstanding a few glitches, I love the idea of GSN and its layout. Therefore, I'll be happy to donate because GSN looks as if it has the potential to become an outstanding tech news source.
  15. I think today's video was way too long, I think you should stay under 2 hours.

    Keep up the work!
  16. LOL @ hearing about the DAO. Stephen Tual is kind of an asshole, but people took the entire situation way too far..

In regards to Ethereum, there are quite a few enterprise projects using it. JP Morgan decided to make something called Quorum which was a permissioned version of Etheruem. They even open sourced the damn thing. https://github.com/jpmorganchase/quorum

Santander plans on banking with it. A startup called LO3Energy in NY facilitated p2p power sale with it. ETC. There's a lot.
  17. 2 hrs 44 mins, now your taking the peas ! )
