  1. It seems to be such easy the chip off solution, but how to handle the epoxy adhesive underneath the bga chip. Two phones I disassembled for now had the adhesive. One of the chip was just a flash, but the other one eMMC was half destroyed in case of the epoxy and couldn't be read out. How do you handle this part?
