2. Hi, does this apply to emails that have automatically deleted by Hotmail/Outlook due to the transition, as I had not logged in for a few months?? 
   Whatever the case, thank you so much, what great help this is, I have already downloaded, it did not find any files for me though (even though I have two Outlook email accounts), maybe because I was currently logged in, I'll now try it whilst logged out.
