I have really important notes on my phone damn it I looked for weeks trying to find a damn software to get my damn and I quote "cerification boot secure verify bs" phone data back or at least try to extract the files and put them on my computer but non has worked hopefully this will work. (Sigh) technology is failing hard.

  6. This does not work for me at all; I have been trying for weeks to get this to function and restore deleted videos. This is a sham, it says the device is unplugged at 90%, all bullcrap. Until you can get my videos back, this program is garbage to me.

  11. Is there any chance that you can recover the original jpeg file that has been overwritten? Give me the deepest secret. I have recovered many "unreadable" jpeg files (but with original name still on it). I really want to recover them, there is so many important things there.

  14. If you purchase the software, and you have a 16 GB Flash Card, Kingston, will it recover all this data or will you have to get something else to do so? It just seems that a bit of info is provided, and when you purchase the software, you find out you need to purchase something else. It would be interesting to know.
