1. My notebook (Windows Vista) don't recognize my Lumia Windows Phone 8 as a drive, so I can't use this software.
   Can you help me?
2. I cant get that to work on a windows phone 8.1 ...  it wont show as a usb storage so file recovery programs wont find the internal storage or sd card.. 
   
   I belive this is only a problem on wp8.1 phones.. wp7 you can get to show as a storage..
