Recover files from RAW partition

I use EASEUS Data Recovery Wizard to recover files from RAW partition, if you encounter "The drive is not formatted.Do you want to format it now?" You could try this data recovery software to recover RAW photos/pictures/Images from RAW partition.

  2. This program is so awesome!!! I didn't use my computer for about two weeks and then my 1.8TB external hard drive started acting up. My computer was not reading the hard drive correctly, it kept saying that it had to be reformatted. Reformatting was not working for a while, then out of nowhere the reformatting finally worked and then my computer was reading the external hard drive. Everything was deleted, so I decided to do some research and came across Easeus Data Recovery Wizard. I was skeptical. I really thought it was not going to work but after a deep scan, I started seeing my lost files and I jumped up with joy. Scanning is free but to use recovery, you have to purchase the full program. I'm so going to buy it when scanning is finished. Thank you a lot to the geniuses who made this program. I'm on my way to getting everything back to the way I had it. :)

  10. no I try this software , you can recover files but some file will not ply normal as videos.when I recovered video real player cannot read the codec of some videos
  11. Even i do get a same problem..its been a month my external hard drive is not opening...i made 2 partition in that...one gives error "to format" and the second one opens up. I do got my important files in the first one....does that means i lost those data...and even if i try using recovery data tool...it shows files not found...so what can you recommend me to do. Show to some Hardware specialist..or i lost everything. ls help
  12. No. That is a lie. If you have a raw partition it actually doenst matter if you quick format it or not. The files will still be found using the filerecovery program. There is several options to go for. He uses EASEUS. My favorite ones is Recuva, Wondershare, UndeletePlus and Icare Recovery... All easy to usel, Recuva is free. If one of them dont work, you might try another one. Icare is the best.
  13. Windows Vista and later do a single pass of writing 0s to a disk if you do a quick format. That doesn't happen in XP, which is why it works in the video. If anyone using Win 7 tries this, they've just lost their data.

  16. I don't know why but I can't choose the other drives to save my files in. When I use the arrows to select the right folder it turns back to the beginnig. It doesn't recognize the other drives as a folder, so I can't backup my files....Could you tell me why? ps. thanks for your help! :)

I tried this version and many other products (such as recover my files, easus partition master, partition magic, magic partition recovery, minitool partition wizard, recuva, etc.) with no success. The best one is system rescue live cd for linux. I tested my hard drive with gparted and suddenly a NTFS partition appears. I used testdisk directly in linux and, without any scandisk, i found all the lost files. The only problem: I'm not capable of saving these files.
  18. EaseUS doesn't recognize my HDD because of its file system corrupted (it turned from NTFS to RAW). So, I have to format my 500GB HDD Ext. Drive before using EaseUS to recover all the files deleted? Is this the only way?
  19. never EVER format your RAW drive, it will only complicate data recovery!
