  4. i did the same and i recovered the green one (video) , it works but i couldnt open the video files , it said cant open the file is formatted :( #sorry for my English , hope u understand what i try to tell you
  5. This doesn't work. All the files I have recovered are supposedly in excellent condition. Yet when I recover them They will not play or open. FLV files will not start up in Winamp, VLC, Movie Maker, Vegas, nothing works with these vids. Even 90% of the pics which also said excellent state will not open. No error msg, just doesn;t do anything. I have tried recovering them to same disk, second, internal disk, flash drive, and external hd. nothing works

  16. About 3 weeks ago I deleted pictures of our beloved dog bonnie .I felt the pictures were not as good as what I can take now as im learning my new camera. Our dog Bonnie passed away unexpectedly due to a tumor on her speen that ruptured . We had placed her to sleep at the vet this past thanksgiving. Now I want to try and recover the pictures I deleted, I also emptied my recycle bin so you have given me some hope. I have windows 8 on a brand new computer. If there is a better Program thanks Kelly

  18. i don't want to recover documents i want to recover my lost pics and when i recovered them back it was unrecoverable huh ... itsss disappointing me u plzz just tell me how to recover the unrecovereable files... plz
  19. program is very good !! but recuva can only restore the last deleted files from recycle bin,USB drives,memory cards...can not recover long-deleted items
