Perform the following 4 steps to recover SQL Server password: Step 1: Stop SQL Server services. Step 2: Install Asunsoft SQL Password Geeker. Step 3: Run SQL Password Geeker and import the master.mdf file. Step 4: Select your SA user and reset its password. Through the 4 steps you can recover your SA password successfully. After that, do not forget to close SQL Password Geeker and start SQL Server services. Then you can login to your Windows Server system with the new SA password. Through this way you also can reset other users’ password for SQL Server besides the SA password.
