I used their services once because I had a 3TB drive crash on me, could not read anything off of it anymore, drive was not even recognized, found their website on Google and brought my drive over. Glad to say that EVERYTHING was recovered, most importantly, all my wedding photos, family pictures, videos, etc. Very professional, very fast too, kept me in the loop on what needed to be done...Now I backup everything, external HDD and the Cloud.

  6. Hi, can you help me with my USB disk? I tried everything i knew and nothing worked for me, maybe you can tell me some new ideas. I don't care about data on it, but i wanna save this disk, and use it again. Disk is visible in windows, also in every partition management programs, i see its size, can even create or delete partitions, but when i try to format them (they are raw) my computer freezes for few minutes and saya it can't be done. I already removed whole partition table and MBR and created it from the beginning under windows and linux, both times getting the same result. Any ideas?

    What Pc Software do you recommend for maintaining an healthy HDD, for recovery purposes, and so on.
    What do you have installed on your PC?
  12. I have a crashed hard drive, a head is broken (there is a plastic thing that looks like your head extracting tool within the drive where the heads are parked when it's off and this piece of plastic broke and broke the head).
    The damaged head has been running on the platter, do you think it's definitely dead or heads could be replaced ?
