  6. Is it possible to recover data if the controller is shorted? I've got a samsung evo 32gb microsd, I bought it because I assumed it was good, but after a year in my phone it failed, maybe it was just bad luck. The card has no apparent physical damage, and when testing it with a multimeter it shows it's shorted :/
