how do I get a recovery key? my laptop has crashed and says a critical driver is missing and it needs to be repaired. It needs recovery tools on installation media. error code 0xc000000f

The USB key Dell supplied to me 2 months ago does not have these options. If it were as simple as the video shows I would be done by now.

it works exactly as you instructed. i have a dell xps15 with a copy of Win 8 on the extra hard drive that comes in it, i believe its the SSD drive. but i never managed to understand how i would go about restoring the imagine if I can't boot it. but luckily dell sent me one the usb drives and it works perfectly. but would love a video on how to restore Windows from the SSD drive on my xps.
