Recycle bin won't empty in Windows fix

So I was trying to empty my recycle bin in Windows 10 but it took a very long time - looked like the system had frozen. So I tried it the command prompt way. It worked. But still, I had to wait for a bit.

  10. You're the man!!!! I spent over a day looking all over the internet for a solution to denied access for deleting the corrupted recycle bin on my secondary hard drive. I'm no rookie and can follow directions, but all the cmd prompt advice etc. was useless and frustrating because of "denied access." The answer. of course, is Unlocker. (Where have I been?!!) Never had to use it before, but it clearly is the only thing that was going to get $Recycle.bin deleted from my secondary drive. Thanks a lot for the whole well done video.
