1. I chose refresh pc without affecting files, it went well but the next time i open my laptop it shows boot configuration data is missing some information error code : 0xc0000098

3. My computer didn't do any of that..... it says "There was a problem resetting your PC" Fuck windows 8..... The fucked up thing is that my computer didn't come with any discs or anything whatsoever... Yes I bought it new...

   It is not possible to restore the system without the password.into the admin account if you have created a pw.
