my friend forgot his password so I got over to him & changed it.
later on, approx. 5 months later he decides to change password and after that his password doesn't work.
I get over to him, with the Hiren's, and when I change the password, it says "The Password is incorrect". Try again".
What am I supposed to do?

  14. DID NOT WORK THE FIVE TIMES I TRIED!!!!!!!!! GOES THROUGH ALL THE MOTIONS. PASSWORD CLEARED ETC, CTRL+ALT+DLT REBOOT STARTS WINDOWS AND PASSWORD STILL REQUIRED. ABSOLUTE PANTS MAHANTA!
  15. What if the user isn't comming up?
  16. This isn't working on Win 8.1. It boots, I pick Offline PW editor, then it does show the 1 hard drive in laptop as /dev/sda. But when I select "1" and hit enter, it just asks the same question again? I tried hitting "d" and it says it loads drivers, and "a" but still nothing? The laptop will boot into Win 8.1, but it only has a non-admin account. I can't install any programs, or use an .exe program because it keeps asking for an Admin password? There shouldn't even be that type of account? It only shows 1 account, and it doesn't require a pw to login? I can't even install antivirus because everything asks for Admin password?
  17. Just use the option below, Kon Boot
  18. thanks niggah :p
