How to reset a forgotten login password on mac OS sierra and most OS X versions. Also show you how to reset the login keychain folder.

1. Mine MacBook Pro Sierra pop up a lock key when I hold command R. Don't kno wat to do.?
2. DID NOT WORK- As on your screen it has only displays the user Icon and one box for the password- On my screen there are TWO boxes Top one says "NAME" and the bottom box says "PASSWORD" when the new password is entered- the computer rejects it- Have repeated this four times and no luck???????????????????????? Yikes
3. When I held command R it started doing internet recovery....is that not right?
