  11. +wong can I have had more luck putting it on a cd/dvd than I have with bootable flash drives. First of all, did you make the flash drive bootable using a program such as Rufus or the like? Next, immediately after startup you need to enter BIOS, by hitting "esc" or "F2" or "F12" or whichever key gets you into BIOS. If you have a Windows 8 computer, you need to DISABLE Security Boot and ENABLE Legacy Boot and then set your boot order accordingly. If you want USB First then move USB to the top of the list and then close & save, then restart.
  12. Disable Security Boot and Enable Legacy Boot in BIOS, if you are having problems booting to the newly created disc.
  13. Love the part where you skip from "Restart" straight to the Trinity Interface... How did you get your Windows 8 to bypass secure boot???

  19. hey britec09  i have a windows 8 hp that i can't remember the password on how do i get from where u hit the reset password button to the trinity rescue disk i put it on a jump drive and stuck it in to the computer but it didn't load can u help please. this computer i am working on for a student of mine i teach at literacy council of alaska in fairbanks in the refurbishing computer department.
