    1)Press the Power Option.
    2)Hold Shift
    3)Press Restart(Make sure to still hold Shift)
    4)Release the Shift key when the screen pops up
    5)You know what to do! Go to Troubleshooting!

  16. when the britec is a live ID account, not a local user account. Please select the (build in)(administrator) account to reset its password then log on your computer using administrator account without a password. how to fix
