  2. So I have a Verizon Edge s7 currently unlocked and it is on the T-Mobile network (Metro PCS)

    Every time I try to do a system update manually it says "System Update is unavailable at this time. Try again later" any thoughts on why it would do that?

    I even deleted cache partition and it started to update but it failed and showed an exclamation point and booted up regularly.

  9. While the phone is disconnected from the PC I entered the Model number and SN as indicated on your video. I have a AT&T Galaxy s7 Edge model SM-G935A. After entering the information in the fields, a messages pops up that says " Please check the model name and enter it. I have entered the exact format as you show and I'm getting this message for some reason. I have doubled checked by going to the phone Settings > Systems > About Device > Under Model number and then Status for the SN. What could be wrong here?
