  1. Hi, i did everything exactly like in the video, he loads the files and shows the windows loading but in the next step, when should appear the program backup and recovery, he just dont. And he keeps in a black screen... What can I do?
  2. The client stated this backup and recovery from DVD disks, because she could not remember her password.

    When it wanted to reinstall the OS and she didn't have a backup disk, she tried to cancel, but it won't allow her.

    Now the computer won't boot into Normal mode, and only wants to do a recovery. If you choose normal mode, it shuts down.

    F8 does not allow you to boot to any of the DOS options.

    1.) How does one bypass this recovery routine and get back to the normal windows boot-up?
    2.) There are only options to backup data to USB drive. How can one backup across a network?
  3. Hello all,
    please somebody help me urgently. I can not install W8 in my inspiron 15r 7520, because I made mistake. I did format my primary disc and now I have problem with GTP. I am scared, I have to delete 6 parts on my disk and then I could convert my disk from GTP to MBR

    Part 1: ESP                      SYSTEM,
    Part 2: DIAGS                  OEM,
            3: -                            MSR,
            4: WINRETOOLS    restore
            5: -                           PRIMARY    210 GB
            6: -                           restore
            7: PBR Image          restore

    How I make backup this parts without W8 in my primary disk??? What can I do? For example, how I get (in the future) to my notebook to factory setting or repair my system......

  7. my lappy taking long time to start. before i have win 8 and now i have upgraded to 8.1 but the problem is still. and also taking long time to start when it goes on sleep mode.
