  2. for everyone having the "ipod not found" problem: I'm currently trying to scan for lost data with the program, to do that you have to first "Enable Use as Disk" on your iPod. Click on the device, and then "Settings" (It should be under where the songs list is). After that the iPod will appear on My Computer, and the program will recognize it. That said, I'm not sure the program itself always works.

  4. it says that my iPod is not found, but i have my iPod touch connected already!! Does it only work with other types of iPod??
