  1. I have heard that WD Sharespace uses an abstraction layer that makes recovery of any files of substantial size impossible. Does your software account for this? Has it been tested with WD Sharespace 8TB? A worm deleted the files in my iTunes folder on my NAS. Is a recovery operation possible once the NAS drives are mounted?
  2. We have a client who apparently deleted files from a folder and they didn't show up int the recycle bin.

Can we recover these files with this software?
  3. Have any idea how to get a crack or serial?
  4. Can i connect the drives via USB? I have two external cases! Cause in my PC all the slots are already full and i do not want to mess them!
  5. Worked like a charm on our Iomega Ix4-200d NAS !
  6. Synology, QNAP and others now, not then.
  7. Just purchased and worked great for me. One thing though, I was a little worried about it working even though I could see the files. It made me hesitant to spend the money. Maybe allow a free 10MB file opening or something, to prove it works? Anyway, thanks guys. It worked great and I am now back in business.
  8. I bought 5 units of Buffalo LS-H640GL Linksys NAS years ago, figuring I'd get chassis redundancy (if one broke I could swap HDD around to another unit). ALL 5 overheated and chassis mobo died at the same time. Purchase of the NAS Data Recovery license allowed me to connect the drives to a Windows pc and simply copy the data off, many thanks for a quick + smooth experience.
  9. just used this software, by far the easiest to use and worked as promised. the only thing i thought was strange was that i had to use a runas administrator even though my user account had admin rights. other than that great tool, worked as promised.
  10. By the way, all the trials are forbidden to download for evaluation at runtime.org SAD... Anybody know why?
  11. Mine is QNAP with EXT4, screwed and looking for recovery apps.
  12. @RuntimeSoftware I see. You should mention EXT3 on your site as it doesn't seem to exist at the moment.
  13. @dr34m3r2k The software supports EXT3, but not EXT4 as there is not a NAS manufacturer that uses EXT4.
  14. EXT3 & EXT4?
