  3. it happened to me before, ther was a faulty update and i had to reinstall windows 10 after it factory reseted which took 4 hours

  11. I got the sad face of doom on my one day old Lumia 550 and was about to throw the thing at a wall when I discovered your post. I now have a working phone that appears more stable and has picture messaging too. Before the boot my mms settings were wrong and couldn't be changed. Now mms is functional. I am stunned at how easy it was to follow your instructions and recover my phone. Thanks dude.

  13. Hi, pls am having sad face with blue screen on my Nokia lumia 830, i tried using thesame method you described here but it fail to download after checking the anti theft then the phone just return to sad blue screen. can you help?
  14. Hi there! I'm experiencing a similar issue, my new Lumia 950 Dual SIM (less than a month old) is in a never ending reboot loop... I've done everything I could to fix it, including the use of the Device Recovery Tool, but when I'm going through the initial settings, the loop starts again.
    I'm outside the country with no guarantee support at all... I need to know if there's something I can do to have my phone back. Thanks!
  15. help me need a video of how to fix Lumia 730 automatic restart  problem. Let me fully explain you that I'm using lumia 730 windows 10 anniversary update my phone works fine but some times its automatic restart again and again I try reset also its not solving it help me???
