In this video tutorial I will show you how to restore original firmware on Samsung Galaxy J5 J500F using Samsung Kies 3 software.You can use this operation if you get the message"An error has occurred while updating the device software.Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." or to fix "Custom binary blocked by FRP". IMPORTANT To do this you need a PC with internet connection, micro USB data cable and Samsung Kies 3 software. You need to download and install Samsung Kies 3 on your PC. Also you can use this operation if you want to do an upgrade to your phone, to unroot your phone or if you have various problems with the phone software. Make sure your phone battery is fully charged! Better remove the SIM card and memory SD card from your phone before this operation!
