Follow these steps: 1.Power off your phone 2.Press together volume up + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears on the screen 3.Select with volume buttons "wipe data/factory reset" and press power button to confirm 4.Select "yes - delete all data" and press power button to confirm 5.Wait until format ends 6.Select "reboot system now" and press power button to confirm 7.Wait until the phone restarts That's it!   7. Hey, mine won't factory reset.. All text is red, Says things like

    "E: Can't mount/cache/recovery/log"
    "E: Can't open /cache/recovery last log"
    "Failed to mount /cache (Block device required)"
    "E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last install"

  18. I was about to buy a new phone, the note3, just cz i couldnt be asked to wait for 2 weeks till its fixed. then i saw this video and after that i was able to get my phone to work, and still manage to keep all dates. AWESOME!!!
