Hello rootjunky, you seem pretty knowledgeable so i wanted to ask, i have a GS4 vzw as well but i have Android 5.0.1 build # LRX22C.i545VUGOF1. i was able to install rom manager and clockworkmod and I have root. I've been wanting to flash some other roms out there but have been a little hesitant (even though this is a phone to toy with) But after reading your post and seeing your video i'm assuming i can't without installing safestrap. am i correct? and would installing GooManager?
  6. I think I bricked my S4. When it re-boots, it goes to download mode. I remember it asked my something about make sure I have the correct partitions, I think that's where I goofed up. Can I still recover my phone? It's a verizon S4 and I was rooted. Thanks
  7. hello I did so saying xda page but changed application ( TWRP manager) But when you download and install the .img restart mode dowload But , as I can I install a recovery without this pass caracter
  8. GooManager is not in the Google store anymore. Is it because it got outdated and now, they use something else???
  9. I cant get into recovery mode on my s4 gt-i9500,  when i select install openrecoveryscript i get ' no recoveries found for your device' any help?
  10. To the person below boot back into recovery mode with the volume down home and power buttons at same time then it will say continue and cancel u hit cancel it will reboot normally . And I know this cause I'm stuck in same situation I'm rooted galaxy s4 mk2 but cannot instal either recoveries cwm, or twrp it says in Odin mode that it cannot do normal reboot Odin mode so how can I install a damn recovery man its getting in my nerves

Every step in the tutorial worked just as you instructed except when my s4 powered back on after booting into recovery it stuck on "Downloading...Do not turn off target!!" with this big picture of the green Android. There's some information in the upper lefthand corner; the first couple of line read:"Could not do normal boot. ODIN MODE." Then it goes on to list the product info with KNOX warranty void and kernel lock. What should I do?
  14. having problems. I have a galaxy s4 i337 and I rooted my phone and is cutom. I followed the guide and install goo and tried to do recovery but I have a problem. My phone goes into download mode and stays stuck there everytime I try to boot my phone. I try to download to factory reset but it will not allow me to. I hope my phone isn't brokin. I really need help please. Odin and the tar file to re stock my phone isn't working

  16. When I get up to the step in Goo Manager "reboot recovery", it restarts my phone and brings me to the Odin screen and stays on that. What do I do?

  19. This only works on American smart phones with carriers like att and t-mobile it won't work for carriers like Vodafone
