Samsung Kies Firmware Update I recently encounter this issue after flashing a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 to it stock firmware which end up with a message on the screen that software upgrade encounter problem connect to Kies so i search for different solution before arriving on Samsung Kies Firmware Update soluion Kies is a Multipurpose Tools for Managing a Samsung device like backup, transfer of music and Ota update of firmwareI thought it was a wrong firmware so i decided to check back the firmware which was the right firmware then i decide to flash it back again with Odin with no progress, i decided to start doing some research before coming across the permanent Fix If your Samsung device encounter the same issue follow this step by step useful guild Requirement for Samsung Kies Firmware Update Original Samsung device USB cable Fast and working internet Samsung Kies download herehttp://www.samsung.com/in/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/ Locate the device Model and SN number you will see this by pulling out the battery write it down somewhere, then open Kies Navigate to Tools from the upper menu, scroll down to Software Update and Initialization which will require you to input the Model and Serial number After inserting both click next, Kies with prompt you to put the device into Download mode you can do that by hold this three key at the same time "Volume up + Power + Menu" use Volume up to continue to Download mode, where you will notice the green Android Logo you can now connect the Usb cable.
