sd card recovery - how to recover photos from sd card Call us: 1.855.366.4232 request our services: http://www.hddrecovery.ca/contact-us/ Couple of years ago I’ve uploaded a video about data recovery process on memory cards. After receiving tons of comment on how I should get rid of the music, and demonstrates the process – I decided to redo it for you guys. I really appreciate all of the feedback my channel gets both positive and negative. I take everything you say and post into consideration and hopefully improve the quality of the content. I really hope that this new and improved video demonstration will help you guys understand what is involved in data recovery process on SD cards and other flash memory devices. Memory cards can fail without any worning, but that does not mean that your data is lost forever. Actually, there is a very good possibility that we would be able to assist you with extraction of that trapped data. If your unit is not recognized by the computer, then there is simple no easy-to-use software that will “magically” restore your lost data. Data has to be pulled directly from the source of the memory. In many cases it would be directly from the NAND flash chip, but in some cases locating where the NAND is can be a challenge of its own. There are 2 main kinds of SD cards out there. “Traditional” which are based on a printed circuit board design with SMT components that can be removed, and “Monolithic” aka “Monolith” which have all-in-one type of design. With Traditional memory cards recovery consists of following steps: Removal of the chip (done with some sort of Rework station) - we use HAKKO FR-803 with HAKKO FR-820 preheater that now is getting replaced with a better Pace unit. Wicking of the contacts and flux cleanup. Since the memory component will have to go into a socket for RAW data extraction, we have to make sure that the contacts are clean, even and flux residue free. Chip preparation is done with wick + soldering iron HAKKO FM-203 in our case, followed by 99.9% alcohol bath to remove residue. Final touch is to brush up the contacts with fiberglass pen for perfect contact. Once the memory chip is placed into the socket, reader can begin RAW data extraction into a binary data file. That data file will later be reshaped by data conversion elements that come with the software that we use, and reconstruct what used to be RAW data into Structured file system. Virtually any controller that is used by modern flash drives and memory cards can be replicated with these tools. However, since each controller is programmed in its own way, data conversion elements need to be determined by analysis of the extracted RAW data. 1. I had to reset my phone and now it doesn't go past the loading screen..can my data be restored after multiple resets???
  2. Why can't you get an identical card, take out the chip and put in the chip you are trying to retrieve the memory from?
  3. Hi,
I have an 8 years old SD card. My pc can't detect it. There are some important pictures on it. Where do you live? Can I contact you? Live in Belgium.
    Thank anyway!
  4. I accidentally deleted all my data from my SD card ? can I get my photos and videos back anyhow
  5. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!
  6. how much charge to do this for me? email me elyserene@gmail.com
  7. So was the original memory card just not getting power? Wonder if you could have repaired it rather than swapping to card reader
  8. Nice video, enjoyed watching. I believe I remember reading that if the physical SD card itself is damaged recovered is impossible and worthless. I keep watching these videos as they become useful to learn
  9. It's very nice video
I.m thinking to buy card reader, but lm confusing between rusolut reader or pc3000 reader
Can you recommand me which on is better?
  10. Honored to have my music in this video :) Be sure to subscribe to my channel here on YouTube for more dope music and new releases! :)
  11. Best video yet! I was going to ask about microSD cards, I'm sure they are much similar to this case...
