SNAPCHAT HACKS: HOW TO FIX A GLITCH IN SNAPCHAT MEMORIES AND SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET. Snapchat memories is not working so I found a work around for the Snapchat memories update. I get a gray screen in memories. Then it crashes when I try to load it. Lost some good snaps. Memories is broken right now so here's what you do. CLEAR MEMORIES CACHE in settings. It's a Snapchat back up error. Don't clear snapchat cahe or phone cache. If there are no snaps in limbo or there is no backup error then there are no snaps to backup. They are gone because Snapchat does not keep a record of snaps. This is how you can recover snaps lost in memories that are stil in memories.   1. Snapchat has significantly slowed down since the last couple of updates. Their servers have more users than they can facilitate. You need to close all current running apps when using Snapchat to eliminate data sharing. Also, save less snaps in memories because they more snaps it needs to load, the slower Snapchat becomes. A great tip for speeding up Snapchat is having less friends. Yes I know. No one wants that, but Snapchat uses a significant amount of data loading recent updates so pick the people who you rarely watch or have followed because they followed you and get rid of them.
  2. I get a glitch that if I load up a older video in my memories, it was previously sped up but it slowed down to normal speed, I click edit and I get a infante loading screen that I have waited at least 20min for and it would have loaded longer

  4. My specific problem with Snapchat is every time I try to upload a video from memories, it posts looking all wide & stretched out. Such an annoying glitch. Idk why it does that or how to fix it smdh

  8. i dont know whats wrong with my snap, a couple of days ago me and my boyfriend took pictures and i saved them to my memories. Now whenever i try to see them the picture is black and when i save it to my camera roll it also just shows a black picture. Whats wrong??

    my problem is that the memories icon appears but when i click on it .. it doesn't open anything

  11. I have alot of snapchat memories, but most of them all appear faded white and if I click on them it turns black how can I fix this, and can i go on settings and press "clear cache"??

  13. Hi. My problem is that I can't load my snapchat videos that were saved in Memories. I can see the preview but when I click on them, the video just doesn't load always ends up giving a message saying "error". I've tried to play and save them on three different devices. Both Apple and Android but it doesn't seem to work. Please help.

  17. i found the solution bro, just go to settings >> clear cache >> clear cached memories & yes thats all!! everything will pop up back as before, i was scared that everything will be deleted but non of that happened.

  20. Hey so I was saving a lot of my snapchats to my memories because I was out of space on my phone. However, when I went to memories one day they were all gone. Like not faded in the video but gone completely. Is there anyway to recover those, because I have a lot of really important photos on there?
