  1. Unfortunately, there is no other way to get your snaps back. Don't fall for any scams telling you to pay or download anything. Snapchat does not store snaps so if they're not in your phone then they're gone. To prevent this from happening in the future, save your snaps to your camera roll also. you can change this in your settings. I show you how in the video.
