  19. hey i did exactly the same thing but once it was extracting files my phone automatically turned on and I tunes said I must allow iphone to connect with iTunes but I can't because it's locked please hel0
  20. Thank you for this video. I tried it, and on Mac I had to hold the option key instead of shift. It started to work, but then got Error 14. I upgraded my OS x and updated itunes again, and was able to do a normal restore through itunes. Thanks again.
