This method will update your firmware and reset your Sony Xperia Z3 Compact D5803 to factory settings. This method works without requiring the phone to be power on! -- You need a PC, internet connection,Sony PC Companion software, micro usb data cable and 10-15 minutes! -- Download Sony PC Companion for free from official Sony website. -- Warning! -- --Before before performing a sofware repair, make sure you know your Google login and password --If you have added a Google account to your device, you might be asked to imput the Google account login and password after you perform o software repair. --If you enabled Protection by my Xperia in the security settings of your Xperia device, you'll be asked to input the Google account login and password you used to activate Protection by my Xperia after you perform a software repair. --To check if Protection by my Xperia is enabled on your Xperia device: Under Settings tap Security-Protection by my Xperia --If you cannot this information during the setup process, you won't be able to use the device at all after software repair! -- --You do this at your own risk! Make sure your phone battery is fully charged! Take your sim card and memory card from the phone before the reset. All personal data from the phone (contacts, pictures, messages, apps, games, files) will be deleted! Please, if you can, make a backup before! --
