  1. I just deleted some very important .MOV files and i tried to restore them by using the feature 'Deleted Recovery', but when i select my hard drive and hit the start scan a window comes up after a few seconds telling me that 'No data found'. How can this be when my drive is over 250GB?
  2. I have restored my files but when I hit on recover I get this message:
    Insufficient space at destination.
    Sufficient space to save data is not available at destination. Please select another destination
    I tried recovering the files on different destinations.. but I still get this..

    PLEASE HELP!

I went on the the site and downloaded the software, did the recovery for "formatted" disk, it ran for about 12 hours then when the scan was done and I went to pick what I wanted to recover the computer froze... seriously... after 12 hours of waiting... I had to turn the computer off and when I tried to access the scan there was nothing. WTH! I went to see if I re-scan the time would be quicker since the software had already done a complete scan but now the option for "formatted" isn't showing up WTF! Come on Now... could I get some HELP here
  4. everytime i choose a location, it says its "the source and the destination volume are the same. This will lead to data loss. Please select another location as destination." but im only trying recover 4 small files. And i have alot of room on my mac, i just got in a couple months ago. ive tried the files seperately and it says the same thing. any suggestions???

I have purchased the license key but when I choose a location where the recovered files should be save I get the following message: Source and destination value are the same. this will lead to date loss. please select another location. It's taken me hours to get to this point. Now I can't save the files??? I selected the location the exact same way as the video users > home > desktop
