  1. Hello . I've got a little problem with this program . I had scan my Passport ultra 2 TB and I have made a scan with free version . I could not recover those files , because free version allowed for only 100 mb so I saved the scan . When I bought the full version this program didn't want to accept it . And now I have done another scan but no files are showing up . I want to recover those files because they are the fruits of my hard work . Please help me .
