T-Mobile LG Leon Boot Loop w/ No Recovery or Down

My 12 yr old daughter's LG Leon from T-mobile is stuck in a boot loop. Can't make recovery work, no download mode either. This phone has NOT BEEN ROOTED OR HAD ANY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS. She was at a friend's house, her battery died after normal operation, she plugged it in to charge and it started with the battery image and a loading indicator, then went to the boot loop. Only thing out of the ordinary is that we'd just installed an update that T-Mobile had pushed out for her phone. We have had the battery and sim pulled for hours, tried every "unbrick" fix I can find on the net. I'm pretty technically proficient. Rooted and nodded many androids in my past, but haven't touched this one.

There's a solution to this now, don't feel like placing the link since you got it replaced but I guess I figured out how it got bricked, I encountered similar case.
My battery ran out of battery and it was in my pocket. I was laying on the floor sometimes turning around making my phone turn on even though it was "dead" I accidentally turned it on about 3 times but it obviously shut off every time since it kept running out. I then proceeded to charge it later coming back and trying to turn it on and it was stuck booting. I'll try to fix mine tomorrow since it's late now -
I turn my it goes to the logo screen stays there turns black for a few seconds goes back to the logo then to no command I need help plz!

I got this update then the update stop got a erro then now my phone says no command
