Very bad experience with this company.  Purchased the software and no download link was provided to the full version and the trial version is limited.  Had to contact their support by email to get the download link.  Their 43 minute average response time-their auto response was that someone would contact within 48 business hours.  The link came to late and I requested a refund.  So many excuses to not refund.  Their guarantee is worthless.
  3. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to uncover forgotten password windows try Megarno Password Magician (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got amazing results with it.
