I press 0 and then power and yes it comes up as "the hard drive recovery process has been selected please choose yes if you are sure that you want to continue,,,,, and i hit yes,,,,,,,,,nothing happens for a while and i start getting the LOOP :( your pc ran into problems and needs to restart. and then "preparing automatic repair " OVER AND OVER ???? HELP
