I have two units - one is perfect and the other states Device is offline practically all the time - which does render it useless as a GPS tracker watch as we can't track location, we can't call the watch and the watch can't call out either. I have no avenue of getting any support and am getting extremely frustrated. Can you help?
  7. Thanks for the review. Can the user make normal phone calls? You said voice and text messages can be sent. How does it work? I wish you would show how the user can type text messages or send voice messages. Because all I see is the SOS button.

Hallo Daren your Video is very nice and you explain a lot.Of course somebody has to work a little bit to find out by himself all the details.my question is that the sim card should be one capable with a company that provides internet in order to work? I mean when the the kid is sending messages is the card charged like a regular phone or is this through the gps? In other words if I just buy a regular sim card from a market with 8 euros with no internet capabilities will it work?
  9. I am messaging from new zealand. My daughter was given safe keeper gw300 for xmas. It was bought off Facebook, because it is hugely marketed on their. I have done everything you have said. Made sure with the provider that the sim card is activated. Restarted the watch, but wifi is still not working. Does sim need to be 2G?
    Now the app is pinpointing my location, is this correct? But still not detecting watch either, I'm guessing thats because watch is still offline. Please help!

  17. i orderd one of these never got a bar code sticker on back or i.d number I ordered it offline somewhere and came in just a baggie not even a box, never got any directions for it or anything price was 14.99$, from websit called www.Wish.com, this watch seems like it's from 2004 there's no games on it or anything it's like an old-school flip phone not worth it rather spend $50 at Verizon and get a legit cool Smartwatch for my child total rip-off

  20. i give it to you..salute for getting it to work...it keeps telling me Device offline...the instructions not clear where is ID or imei...then it locks the watch for 86578secs!!
