Here we have got a pattern locked Lenovo S560 and password is forgotten. Now to unlock it we are using hard reset method. Steps to hard reset are as follows: 1. Switch off the mobile 2. Press the volume up & down button together, keep pressing it 3. Now plug in the charger and as the battery charging symbol appears press the power button 4. Android symbol will appears, here press the second button from left on mobile 5. Now recovery menu will appear here select wipe data / factory reset and press the leftmost button on mobile 6.
