  10. SOLUTION: Most people might have files on that drive that are preventing the drive from showing up on the computer/mac. Therefore erase all data on drive, and it should pop up afterwards.

  12. Your download loads and does FA, a grey blank page asking to load a supported WD drive and no icon to click on to do so .... waste of my time .... ta
