  5. I downloaded the software jetflash 200&200 (with secure drive) then plugged in my USB flash drive and my pc says scanning device. i want to fix my flashdrive? pc't can't detect it.

  7. My laptop says scanning device. I downloaded the program like you said plugged in my USB and it just says scanning device. I came back an hour later and it still says scanning device. What now? No the USB is not broken I used it on my iMac just before trying it here on my Windows laptop.
  8. Hi when I insert my usb drive into my pc I can see it but it has no data space under it. Then wen I click on it it says 'please insert disk into removeable disk' with the option of cancel. I have tried many things but nothing has worked. As I have important data in the memory stick can u please help. What do I do??
  9. My flash drive worked one day and then the next it didn't.  I put it into the USB port and it is not showing as a device is in the port.  Since I can't get onto the flash drive to save my files, do you have a suggestion as to what to do to recovery the documents?
  10. Would you be so kind and send me a download link of the Transcend Recovery Tool  that has an option of keeping existing data. I manage to find only the version with the single option 'Repair drive and erase all data', which is not an option for me.. :( I don't know if that depend of the model, mine is TS4GJF300.. Thx..
  11. still i can not read my USB all i see is under my computer "removable disk (G:) when try to open it give this "please insert disk into removable disk" please help.
  12. This will not format it or erase the information in the usb. I do not want to lose my data.
  13. when I put my usb in it reads as drive F: but when I click on this drive it says please insert a disk in drive F:   Will this work for this problem
  14. thank you very very much i was able to recover my 32 gb sony Usb3 altho it was on warrenty its bill was misplaced so  as the software came handy it really work only thing is that the sony brand name was gone and now its jetflash transcend 32 gb drive lol but its better as works good again thanks again sir
  15. FYI to others researching... Problem could also be lack of power, so try other USB ports like the ones on the back of desktop computers or powered USB hubs.
  16. jrtflssh does not work more for NON transcend products :/
