Security in tally software is very important.This facility will enable the user to not delete vouchers accidentally without his knowledge. Over we can control the junior level staff . Ex : We can provide some security level for cash section and billing and data entry operators . We control them to not to delete or alter the previous vouchers . Once you set the password for each user ( ex : sales person, billing, cashier) they will not delete or over write the data
