5. i got a galaxy s3 GT-I9308 model and the reason why i want to upgrade the software is my wifi is not turning on
   and it is always showing dim green light after that it automatically turns off.
   i thought if i upgrade the software it will work but the kies after starting the downloading it suddenly stops and says something went wrong
   every time i repeat this it shows the same
   please help me with this

14. Type is GT-I9195 in the model number field under upgrade firmware in Kies, it doesn't recognize.
    Bad product, bad support.
