  2. good afternoon....i recently did a factory reset on my Galaxy Note Edge....a few days later i noticed that it did not retrieve all of my photos....some which were locked via "Private Mode".....can you please help???

  5. I had some deleted pictures and files deleted before i even backed up the phone's data.. and then after i backed it up and restored they showed up.. specifically it was whatsapp sent items.. how did that happen and how to avoid that.. and why is this possible?
  6. Hello, I was trying to update my firmware software. So before I decided to backup my data, now its stuck at 32% while dealing with photos. I am afraid to disconnect, since it may cause performances issues in long run. Should I disconnect, or is there any other way to deal with this? Please reply urgently.
