  1. Hello Vic, I have a question . I recently changed my Iphone because of a battery issue . I had another number before i kept that as my whatsapp number . With the new phone now it's asking for a verification code even though I backed up everything .Is there anyway to get past the verification and still use that number ?

  4. Hi Vic, I've Iphone 4S IOS V 6.3.1. I took the SIM out today in order to try a new phone (Samsung), assuming that when I will return the SIM back all will continue as before. But in the process I installed by mistake whatsapp on the new phone. When I returned the SIM back to the Iphone I received a notification that whatsapp doesn't support the current IOS version on my phone and currently I have no access to whatsapp itself on my Iphone. .I didn't backup the chat history (I might have an old backup on ituns). I'm trying to understand:
    1) is the fact that I installed whatsapp on the Samsung means my chat history was deleted also from the iphone ?
    2) if I regain access to the whatsapp on my Iphone by upgrading the software is there possibility that the chat history can be found on the IOS and retrieved?
    3) What are the steps that you recommend that I will take ?

  7. I can't do it because my old iPhone is already kaput. Is there possibility to transfer anyway since it is the same sim card but on Samsung instead.

  10. I have an urgent inquiry. I dropped my current phone and it cannot be started at all so I'm getting a new phone soon but I'm using the same sim card so if I download whatsapp on my new phone with the same number, it will not be affected right? I will still be in the group chats etc?

  18. Sir I have seen this transfer, but this 2014 , whereas 2016 the interface of Software Data Cable is different.... so it does not show find friend and there is no sync option also.... so please suggest how to do his transfer...
