When using the Encrypted File System to encrypt files or folders one may want a recovery system in case the user's certificate is lost. Also this is a very useful system of computer admins who need to view the encrypted files of users based on corporate security policies. Hey Ninja Kind of got stuck after the step everything is done however i think i am missing a step as i still can not decrypt a file. Hope you get this message.

Here's what happened.
My windows 10 update got corrupted (for some reason)
-So I reformatted my main OS in drive C:
-I have another separate HDD drive in drive E: (That is encrypted with all my video / photo clients)
-After the reformat process, I was able to unlock the drive thru my bitlocker but it no longer allow me to view the image and videos I have. Just icons and no permission warnings.
