  6. Hello I'm not very tech savvy, I downloaded this app called Citrix Receiver to download software from school however it won't uninstall. Apparently it's a common problem because the company has a clean up tool that lets you uninstall it by running the program. I want to uninstall it but before that the website highly suggests I back up the registry. Does this mean the registry in its entirety or just the keys with files relating to the application? I'm not very tech savvy so I apologize if this has an obvious answer.
  7. I recently clean my registry with Ccleaner and the next days my computer start to have some problems with some programs (like Pro tools, wich i use to record music. now it start to have a lot of latency for moments). Ive made a back up before i clean the registry, but when i try to merge it, it appears the same window it appears to you in the minute 3:12 of this video. I want to recover all the things i erase and that are saved on that back up, because i dont know exactly wich keys specifically are making this problem. What should i do??
