If you're having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset or restore it. This in effect is a clean installation of Windows 10 to your Device, Activation must have happened previously before carrying out 'Reset this PC' and when you reset it will be Activated again. Refreshing your PC re-installs Windows, 'Reset this PC Keep my files' allows you to keep all your perosnal files like, Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos etc and install Windows fresh or to completely clean the system and install Windows 10 as new, this video explains using the option to reset and refresh your PC and keep any personal files, documents, pictures and music and Applications and settings. Following the procedure detailed in this video, all your personal files will remain intact and it will just refresh Windows 10.   6. So every file on C will be deleted except Users folder,pictures folder and Documents.Because I have another Disk with 1tb,the files there will not be deleted right.

  9. Hi thanks for this video, I just have one crucial doubt: my pc came with windows 8 and I´ve upgraded it to windows 10 later on. If I do this procedure, will I lose windows 10 or will the system just reinstall whatever version I currently have? Thank you in advance, cheers!

  19. Hey MyComputerMan, I am going to reset my computer soon but I want to know. If I am to reset it will my D:, E: and G: disk reset?
    I don't want those files to be removed, just my Windows to be reset.
