Windows 10 - Restoring your Computer with 'Reset this PC Remove Everything' option

If you're having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset or restore it. This in effect is a clean installation of Windows 10 to your Device, Activation must have happened previously before carrying out 'Reset this PC' and when you reset it will be Activated again. Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows, 'Reset this PC' allows you to keep all your files and settings and install Windows fresh or to completely clean the system and install Windows 10 as new, this video explains using the later option to completely reset and refresh your PC and assumes that you have a backup of any personal files, documents, pictures and music before hand, otherwise you would follow this same procedure but choosing to KEEP YOUR FILES! - We have another video which details the procedure to follow to 'Keep your files' can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IDxk... Following the procedure detailed in this video, all your personal files will be deleted and your settings will be reset. All applications that you've installed will be removed. Only the applications that came with your PC will be reinstalled. When completed you will need to reinstall any applications and also any personal files as the system will be like new.   11. I have tried 3 times to do a factory reset on my windows 10 laptop and it's goes but then a message comes up saying something went wrong and can't do a factory reset. I even took off my anti virus program to see if that was blocking it but no luck!! Can anyone help me?

I don't have different drives I have just one in which there is a folder named drive d, if I reset my windows with keep my files option will it format the drive totally or delete just the windows file and leave my drive d folder.........plz help me I want to know

    Hi, I dont have a virus in my pc but I want to reset it, and I can't because after I click the "remove everything" or "keep my files" button, it starts loading and after like 1 min it says "there was a problem resetting your pc". what can I do?
