My husband passed away and I didn't have the password for his laptop.  This let me take care of this with out having to pa yet another person to deal with end of life issues.  Also, it has Windows 7 Home Premium, so it does work.  I just paused your tutorial a couple of times so I could keep up with it and not miss any steps.  The home premium pulls up a "user friendly" screen which is probable where others have an issue with.
