  4. Hi Jamie, I have windows 10 and when trying to factory reset my PC, it said the following; 'Your PC has been reset but we couldn't remove all your personal files. If you plan to give away or recycle the PC, try resetting again.' I have tried this twice now and the same result. I have backed up my files. Will this process in your video work with windows 10? Sorry if this sounds obvious, I'm not very good with computers

  15. @Jamie Wagner trying to install on my laptop but it keeps freezing. On my 3rd try and this time I got past the getting ready screen it restarts boots back up and once the windows screen comes up the wheel spins and freezes. I don't understand why clean disk any ideas ?

  18. hey Jamie i run into problem while trying to do a system restore, now am stuck and my laptop won't go past a screen that says "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an expected error, windows installation cannot process.
